About Us

Ibiza Property Shop was established in 1999 and has a dedicated team of professionals with over 20 years of experience of the property and tourist market in Ibiza. In 2010 it merged with its sister company Ibiza Travel Shop to offer an unrivalled specialist service to an ever growing and extensive client list.
We have recently moved to our new office near to the sunset strip in San Antonio where our team are on hand to help out and assist wherever possible. Our office opening hours are 10am – 2pm and 4.30pm – 7.30pm.
In 2014 we bring you our new website - Perfect Casa by Ibiza Property Shop trying to find your perfect home on the White Isle.

Meet the Team

Martin Makepeace
Came to Ibiza in the early 1990’s and started his own travel and property company which eventually turned into Ibiza Property Shop which was formally opened in 1999. He now oversees all aspects of the company whilst concentrating on new business to business opportunities, incoming services and a growing portfolio of bespoke villas for holiday rentals. An avid sports fan he is also heavily involved with Ibiza Cricket Club www.ibizacricketclub.com

Paul Ambrose
Has been on the Island for nearly 20 years and heads the Property Sales team whilst overseeing other commercial activities such as Group and Niche Market Travel Services. His degree in design is invaluable when advising clients of the possibilities of any potential property purchase. Originally from Sunderland Paul is also a qualified ski and snowboard instructor.

Peter Hankinson
One of the Ibiza originals he has seen nearly everything since arriving on the Island in the late 60’s. His contacts are unmatched as is his knowledge of Ibiza which he puts to great use as Head of International Property Sales. Peter is a fan of most sports but his main passion is Sale RFC and Ibiza RFC

Jane Hinch
Office Manager and the backbone of the company. Jane’s organisational skills are legendary and after 20 years of living and raising a family on the Island she has the insight and experience to help and assist the many who come through the office door.

Emma Johnston
Emma is in charge of our holiday villa rental programme. She has fantastic people skills and is excellent at providing logistical solutions for our large client base. An expert in organisation, her desk is never untidy.
