Ibiza Living
Just the word “Ibiza” conjures up a thousand images. Ibiza can offer many things to many people. It’s famous for its hectic summer holiday months but is contrasted by its quiet, peaceful winters. Overall there is a sense of working through the spring and summer to idle away the autumn and winter.

From late March until the end of October there are direct flights to most UK airports. During the rest of the year the mainland of Spain is only 2 hours away by fast ferry or 30 minutes by air where you can easily pick up a connection to nearly all UK airports.
If you listen to the ex-pat community on the island some say its a problem not having direct UK flights during winter but others will say it keeps Ibiza that little more exclusive.

Holidaying and living on the magical island of Ibiza is worlds apart so if you are thinking of buying on the island then it will usually be on a full time basis or as a holiday home. To some it’s an island paradise yet to others it’s a hedonistic dreamland.

Holiday Home
Ibiza is a perfect place to have a holiday home. Its superb year round climate is literally thousands of miles away from the rain back home. In less time than it takes to go a few junctions up the M1 or around the M25 a direct flight travels from UK to Ibiza.

The benefits of having a holiday home are countless but having your own place with your own personal things is priceless - from wet motorway to sunny beach in less than a few hours.

A New Life - Relocating for Good
The thing that many dream of, leaving behind the rat race and finding the place that gives you that little bit extra and a better quality of life. Ibiza can offer all of this and more
